As an intern, you’ll be part of multiple team and client projects, gaining exposure to different aspects of each engagement—not just one piece.You’ll collaborate in a supportive team environment where learning and growth are encouraged. Your work may include updating existing systems, integrating new technologies, and ensuring data accuracy. A hands-on approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn are key to success in this role.Examples of the candidate’s responsibilities include:
  • Design and document specifications for data integrations
  • Coordinate with client lead users and client engineering teams to test and implement new or modified programs as needed
  • Document requirements and assist in ERP/CRM development in creating ERP/CRM customizations
  • Develop a deeper knowledge on proper coding technique
Basic Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or related IT field required
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Database Design
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Must be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with staff at all levels of the firm
  • Travel to assigned client locations is required. Must have access to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation to those locations
  • A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Software, CRM or ERP experience
  • Experience with any/all of the following:
  • SSRS
  • MOSS/SharePoint Services
  • Microsoft CRM SDK
  • Programming languages such as VB.net, C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript
  • Experience with data integration tools
  • Experience with Agile methodologies a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as an effective member of a team
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
