  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with demand planning or forecasting.
  • Experience with network infrastructure or networking technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with data analytics, reporting, dashboards or data visualization platforms.
  • Experience with networking concepts, particularly Edge network.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent projects from business, product, and technical perspectives.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.In this role, you will be part of the team that is responsible for the management and optimization of Google’s network demand and forecasting, as well as conducting advanced data analysis to uncover insights into network demand trends. Your insights will play a crucial role in improving the forecasting and planning processes, driving business decisions, and delivering high-quality metrics to support organizational goals. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.   • Manage and optimize the processes involved in generating network demand, ensuring accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to understand demand trends, evaluate the impact of new methodologies, and provide insights.
  • Develop and maintain key metrics to enhance forecasting and plan processes, contribute to more informed business decisions.
  • Utilize data to support and improve network forecasting and planning activities, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate data insights to stakeholders at all levels, support collaboration, and drive decision-making.
