We’re hiring! Join our growing team as a Sales Representative at our State Farm office in Kissimmee, FL. If you’re driven, licensed, and passionate about helping others, this is your opportunity to grow with a supportive and dynamic team.💼 What You’ll Do:
- Work in-person at our Kissimmee office assisting clients with auto, home, renters, and more
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- Educate clients on coverage options and recommend personalized solutions
- Use State Farm tools and systems to manage leads and close business
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Sales experience (required)
- Previous State Farm or insurance experience is a strong plus
- Ability to obtain a Life Insurance license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
