- Represent AT&T in retail settings by engaging customers and promoting products and services.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that foster brand loyalty.
- Execute marketing campaigns and introduce new products and promotions.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by showcasing the value of AT&T solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to improve strategies and implement feedback.
- Stay current with AT&T offerings, industry trends, and sales best practices.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Build strong relationships with store staff and management.
- Report daily sales metrics and contribute to team progress.
- Uphold AT&T’s brand values through professional conduct.
- Grow into leadership, mentoring peers and supporting campaign success.
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.
- High energy and a passion for hitting goals.
- Team player with a professional appearance and attitude.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Comfortable with technology—smartphones, tablets, and other digital tools.
- Physical ability to assist with event setups and breakdowns.
