- Providing excellent customer service to retain and build solid working relationships with clients. Has the ability to communicate efficiently via phone and/or emails.
- Accurately recording and punctually entering and processing client payrolls.
- Entering and balancing client data and assists in the reconciliation of payroll accounts as needed.
- Able to learn, implement, and train clients on the HCM system and ancillary products.
- Assist with timekeeping, packing payroll packages and tax forms, and has the ability to learn our HCM report writer.
- Demonstrates efficiency and flexibility in performing detailed tasks in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions.
- Is able to work both independently and with a team, has multi-tasking abilities, can adapt to quick environments and has excellent time management skills.
- Completing office tasks as needed and participating in departmental projects and initiatives.
- Self-motivation, strong attention to detail, team attitude and appropriate phone etiquette. Has proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and payroll taxes preferred and the ability to maintain an updated knowledge of payroll laws (Wage and Hour Laws and multi state laws)
