▶ About This OpportunityPosition Summary:
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Operations & Driver Acquisition Analyst to lead driver recruitment initiatives while supporting operational excellence across logistics functions. This role combines hands-on recruiting, data analysis, and marketing execution to drive scalable growth across multiple markets.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full driver acquisition funnel from lead generation to activation, ensuring efficient and effective onboarding processes.
- Analyze performance data to identify gaps, improve conversion rates, and drive actionable improvements in driver recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track driver cohort performance, background check submissions, and funnel progression.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and regional teams to execute data-backed recruitment campaigns.
- Develop and test marketing strategies across paid channels, including Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and Indeed Ads, to drive qualified applicant volume.
- Optimize ad performance by monitoring cost-per-acquisition, engagement metrics, and regional conversion trends.
- Partner with background check vendors (e.g., Yardstik) and internal stakeholders to streamline compliance and documentation workflows.
- Contribute to launch planning, pilot programs, and market-specific recruiting experiments to support business growth.
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, recruiting, or digital marketing, ideally in a gig economy or last-mile delivery environment.
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and Indeed platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other analytics tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, time management, and project coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment funnels and conversion metrics.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, data-centric environment with changing priorities.
- Previous exposure to A/B testing, cost optimization, and performance marketing strategies.
- Experience in gig economy or food delivery industry.
- Familiarity with 1099 contractor requirements and gig workforce engagement best practices.
- Experience working with driver onboarding platforms (e.g., Fountain)
- Master's degree is a plus.
