Duration: 18 months
Location: Plainfield , IN 46168
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:15 PMResponsibilitiesPick and pack customer orders using warehouse management systems and RF devicesFollow validated packing requirements, perform weight checks, and prepare shipping documentsConsolidate shipments and ensure accuracy of packing lists and labelsComply with FDA and OSHA requirements at all timesComplete and maintain all required training outlined in the Individual Training Plan (ITP)Identify and recommend improvements in productivity, compliance, and data accuracyRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent5–7 years of warehouse experience, including use of SAP or other warehouse management systems and RF scannersAt least 2 years operating pallet jacks and stand-up powered industrial trucksStrong accuracy, attention to detail, and productivity recordFlexible and cross-trainable to perform multiple assignmentsWillingness to work overtime with little notice and in chilled environments (36–46°F)Reliable attendance history and ability to work effectively in a team settingComputer proficiency and self-starter with minimal supervisionAbility to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbsMust not have allergies to antibioticsWhy Work With Us?
