While this position can be remote, we prefer the person to be based in Buffalo Grove, IL or Austin, TX.As a Client Service Administrator, you will:
  • Review booking packages and plan customers' service schedules for new and renewed contracts, including preventive maintenance, proactive, and predictive services
  • Develop maintenance plans using standard maintenance planning tools and documented processes
  • Revise maintenance plans as outlined by Account Managers to meet customer obligations and schedules
  • Maintain excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Take direction from Client Service Managers
You will make an impact with these qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or state-recognized GED
  • 2+ years experience reading, interpreting service contracts and agreements
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel (advanced skills) and business software systems
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or higher
  • 5+ years experience reading, interpreting service contracts and agreements in the Building Automation, Fire/Security industry

The pay range for this position is $39,760 - $68,160 annually.
