What You'll Do:
  • Assisting with management of geotechnical projects
Assisting with performing and/or recommending lab testingAssisting with foundation analysis and recommendationsScheduling of drill rigs for geotechnical projectsObtaining utility clearance for subsurface explorationsAssisting with determining appropriate subsurface exploration program and preparing drilling instructions * Classifying soil samplesPerforming hand augers to obtain subsurface information and soil samplesObserving of foundation or ground improvement installationsAssisting with preparation of proposalsWant to experience what this job entails? Click below:What We're Looking For:Actively pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in civil engineering, geology, or related degreeInterest in how structures are supported and a desire to think outside the boxPrevious internship experience required * Position requires lifting/carrying 40 – 100 lbs. multiple times a day
  • Must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites - mileage will be reimbursed
The expected pay range for this role and location is $20-$24/hour. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
