- Support the Men’s Marketing Director to drive the Men’s Fragrance strategy, delivering ambitious business targets while protecting brand equity.
- Own in-depth business analysis and share-out of Men’s Fragrance sales performance. Build an action-oriented game plan to address any challenges or capitalize on positive momentum.
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence and customer knowledge for the North American Fragrance market to drive competitive leadership.
- Influence and build strong relationships with counterparts in HQ/France to ensure alignment and optimization of global brand strategy. You will be their expert in and consultant for the US Men’s Fragrance Market.
- Cross-functional collaboration to drive the Men’s Fragrance Business:
- Paris Office teams: track needs, communicate, and ensure timely deliverables.
- Media, PR, Influencer teams: orchestrate a 360-activation plan with US localized needs.
- Sales and Education teams: partner on the execution of core and new launch strategies; assist in account presentations to major retailers.
- Visual Merchandising: develop and execute in-store needs including Visual Weeks, permanent merchandising, brand statements within retailer-specific environments, etc.
- Planning/Finance/Sales: forecast new product launches and monitor core inventory. Analyze and refine shipment forecasts on a monthly basis.
- Analyze and recommend pricing for Fragrance programs and assist in the preparation of company price increase recommendations.
- Director of Fragrance Marketing
- 5-7 years of pertinent experience in Product Marketing. Beauty & Fragrance industry preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in business analysis.
- Great collaboration and communication skills.
- Displays diligent organizational-, project management-, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
