Weekly A1
Enter timekeeping data. Validate timekeeping calculation results for accuracy and compliance with the applicable labor contracts, agency policy, and labor laws. 10% Bi-Weekly B2
Research and respond to payroll related inquiries from employees, supervisors, and outside organizations. Serve as a resource for payroll issues. 10%
Daily B2
With oversight from a manager, supervisor or lead, reconcile payroll deduction reports and prepare for payments to third parties and review general ledger balances. 10% Bi-Weekly B2
Reconcile and process FMLA, PFML, STDi, LTD, Workers Compensation leave, supplemental pay and donated sick leave hours based on information provided by Benefits team and third-party organizations. Obtain required approval before creating adjusting entries and documentation as needed. 15%
Weekly B2
Research questionable payroll items and obtain required approval before entry. Validate all variances. Verify appropriate signatures exist on the necessary documents. 5%
Daily A1/B2
Perform other duties of a similar nature or level. As needed
