- Initiating outreach with the power utility to determine project feasibility.
- Opening a work order and providing load letters based on parameters.
- Actively tracking work order and utility design status with weekly updates to the client.
- Developing standard operating procedures (SOP) for consistent project delivery.
- Manage a program tracking system (excel, Smartsheets, etc) with real time updates for client managers and clients.
- Reviewing all utility design requirements and providing that to our design teams for integration into the construction documents.
- Developing a national database for all utilities requirements and contacts.
- QA/QC review of construction documents for conformance to utility requirements.
- Training and managing staff supporting utility coordination efforts.
- BS preferred.
- Previous electrical and EV experience is a plus.
- Previous utility coordination experience with expanded levels of responsibility required (3+ years preferred)
