- Use platforms, programming, and systems to establish single-source data to be leveraged across the business to support insights and improved decision making.
- Effectively communicate data-driven findings and recommendations to diverse audiences through compelling storytelling, translating data science and analytics into practical solutions that drive employee engagement, retention and productivity. Extract actionable insights and recommendations for people & performance teams from vast datasets using advanced analytical problem-solving techniques, such as machine learning and predictive modeling, to support business strategy, talent management, talent acquisition, rewards, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects in people analytics domain, including organization-al change initiatives and impact assessments.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand their business challenges and develop tailored solutions leveraging experiments, analytics, and statistical expertise. Foster a collaborative network of diverse stake-holders across the organization, providing expertise and education on cutting-edge analytic approaches, such as machine learning and natural language processing, to promote data-driven people insights and enhance digital proficiency within the People & Performance function, enabling a culture of data-informed decision-making.
- Unlock power of complex data to inform strategic business decisions and drive sustainable competitive advantage.
- Lead and nurture existing partnerships to advance people analytics initiatives, working closely with various vendors to drive success.
- Lead the development of machine learning models that predict outcomes, forecast trends, identify potential risks, and uncover opportunities for growth enabling a proactive approach to decision-making.
- Through experimentation and innovation, un-lock the potential of Artificial Intelligence-driven decision-making, transforming the way to tackle complex challenges and uncover new opportunities for success.
- Manage third party vendor teams, working with geographically distributed teams and business stakeholders with effective communication.
- Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, and at least five (5) years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a directly related role.
- Previous employment must include some experience with:
- Using machine learning algorithms and techniques to develop predictive models that inform decision-making processes;
- Performing data analysis, modeling, and visualization using Python, R, Tableau, and SQL to extract insights and present findings;
- Cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake or Azure) for cloud-based data storage and processing;
- Analyzing historical Human Resources data to identify trends, patterns, and seasonality in workforce metrics;
- Developing forecasting models to predict future workforce needs and trends;
- Managing data quality, integrity, and accuracy across Human Resources systems and databases;
- Designing and developing interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate Human Resources metrics and KPIs.
