Job Category: Clinical / Direct Patient Care (non-RN)Job Description:Work Schedule:Per Diem, variable hours between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Day shift hours. You will work at the Belvidere Clinic in Belvidere, IL.We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant (RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT) to:
Provide oversight to the Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluations (OPPE) and Focused Professional Practice Evaluations (FPPE) for Medical Staff and other accrediting body requirements, utilizing quality data base(s) to maintain and provide necessary data for committees and teams assisting in quality control activities.
Oversee Medical Staff Quality and Safety Committee and subcommittees and prepare information for presentation and required follow-up.
Support clinical improvement processes and CQI philosophy throughout the organization.
Additional components of compensation may include:

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Associate degree or Medical Assistant program or a minimum of 5 years experience in addition to military training. Required
Work Experience
At least one year of professional experience in a clinic setting. Preferred
Computer experience. Required
Licenses & Certifications
RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification is required upon hire. Required
Bi-Annual CPR certification. Required
Active RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification must be maintained. Required
