Will consider AS with more manufacturing experience· 3+ years of relevant experience, including client/server networking, SQL database programming, report generation, graphical design and organization of data for Andon visualization.· PLC/HMI programming knowledge.· Knowledge of information flow in a manufacturing environment.· Possess strong organization and planning skills, effective time management skills.· Ability to effectively communicate highly technical concepts to management.· Can communicate and work well with all levels inside and outside of the organization.· Skilled with reading and interpreting electrical drawings, specification sheets, and component manuals.· Strong verbal and written communication skills.· Skilled with compiling effective and concise visual reports.· Ability to multitask, manage diversity, and facilitate problem solving and resolution.· Ability to work in a team environment.· Solid working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and other computer-based applications (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, etc.).· Knowledge of MES, SCADA, Inductive Automation Ignition system a plus.· Advanced education is a plus· Professional trainings/certifications are a plus
