Your responsibilities will include assisting with client interactions, organizing documentation, and contributing to the seamless delivery of medical support services.Essential Functions:1. Client Interaction: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries and providing basic information regarding medical support services.
2. Documentation Support: Assist in organizing and maintaining medical records, ensuring they adhere to confidentiality and regulatory standards.
3. Appointment Assistance: Aid in the coordination and scheduling of medical appointments and screenings as directed by senior staff.
4. Data Entry Support: Assist with inputting and updating relevant information into the system, contributing to the accuracy of medical support records.
5. Team Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to relay information and support the smooth flow of communication within the medical support department.
6. Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to higher-level personnel for resolution, following established protocols.
7. Compliance Awareness: Maintain awareness of relevant regulations and company policies, ensuring adherence within assigned tasks.
8. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the medical support team, such as filing, organizing documents, and basic reporting tasks as assigned.Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or certification in medical administration considered advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a medical support or administrative role, demonstrating familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, enabling efficient handling of various tasks within the medical support department.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth operation of essential tasks.
Travel %: Drive personal vehicle for emergency service center coverage.Physical demands and Equipment Use:

  • Lift – 11-20 pounds
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm ESTThe pay range for this position is listed below.
