With height adjustable workstations, operators can easily switch between standing and seated positions. - Understand, meet, and exceed company’s quality standards.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot sewing machines.
- Use computer-aided design software to create patterns and adjust garments.
- Create, maintain, and update garment production schedule and inventory of materials.
- Maintain sewing inventory, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory accuracy.
- Monitor and record sewing production, time, and work progress.
- Approve garment production.
- Create and maintain garment quality records.
- Review garment quality results with supervisor.
- Follow company safety policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Able to sit for long periods of time.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to read and speak English.
- High school diploma or equivalent – preferred
- Proven sewing experience.
- Sound knowledge of various fabrics and sewing techniques.
- The ability to work under time constraints.
- The ability to safely use different types of sewing machines.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Select your hours of operations from Monday- Friday 6am- 2pm or 7am-4pm. Occasional overtime.
