We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join a dynamic team in New York City. This role is critical in ensuring accurate cost projections and competitive bids for a variety of residential construction projects.
  • Develop comprehensive cost estimates for residential construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
  • Review architectural plans, specifications, and site conditions to prepare accurate bid proposals.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure alignment on scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project feasibility.
  • Track market trends and maintain a database of residential construction costs and vendor pricing.
  • Assist in value engineering and cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
