Job: Phlebotomist II - Float
Duration: 4-5 Months
Shift: Mon-Fri 6 am-3 pm Sat 6:30 am-11 am
Location: Naples, FL 34104Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.Job Description:
Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric care.
Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

Must be able to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record, if applicable.
Travel and flexible hours required to work multiple locations and required to cover at Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.
Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
Must demonstrate Superior Customer Focus; ability to communicate openly and transparently with peers, supervisors, and patients; ability to accelerate and embrace change; and knowledge of our business.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
Work Experience:
THREE years of phlebotomy experience REQUIRED, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
Customer service in a retail or service environment is preferred.
Keyboard/data entry experience.
Floaters travel in between multiple sites and are expected to be on time at whatever site they are covering for that day. They must also have a clean driving record.
Floaters are able to submit mileage for expense reimbursement.
Additional Job Details:
Candidate must have reliable transportation to get to/from the worksite without issue (bus, Uber, or rideshare is not reliable transportation).
Must be available to work whenever scheduled, BE ON TIME, and stay for the entire shift.
Excessive absenteeism/tardiness is not tolerated and will be cause for termination
Candidates need to be within a 20-25-minute commute window to ensure their ability to travel to/from the site for coverage.
