At CASA Speech Therapy DBA The SPEAK Center for Language and Learning, we have been proudly serving our community since 2019. Our mission is to provide best-in-class therapy and support for children and adults with developmental disabilities — and we are looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our team.About the RoleThe SPEAK Center for Language and Learning is seeking dedicated and dependable caregivers to provide person-centered support to AHCCCS/ALTCS/DDD eligible members in their homes or places of residence.This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful difference each day by bringing comfort, safety, and companionship to members of our community.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a caregiver, you will:Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, and ambulationProvide support with toileting, urinary devices, and bowel programsPrepare meals, including planning, shopping, cooking, and medication pick-upMaintain a safe and sanitary living environment through light housekeeping (vacuuming, mopping, laundry, dishes, bathroom cleaning)Offer companionship and oversight to membersAssist with scheduling and attending medical appointments (public transportation accompaniment when needed)RequirementsCandidates must meet the following requirements:Minimum age of 18Ability to pass required background checks (Central Registry, LEIE, SAM, etc.)Fingerprint Clearance Card (with applicable exemptions)Reliable transportation to worksites (valid Arizona driver's license and insurance required if transporting clients)Three verifiable references (non-family; one must be from a previous employer/contractor)Current CPR and First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain)Completion of Article 9 Training (or ability to complete)Annual Motor Vehicle Division check if transporting membersBilingual candidates encouraged to apply (based on client needs)Desired QualitiesWe are looking for individuals who demonstrate:Cleanliness and organizationTrustworthiness and reliabilityPunctuality and responsibilityRespect and compassion for othersFlexibility and adaptabilityStrong communication skillsWhy Join The SPEAK Center?When you join The SPEAK Center, you become part of a mission-driven team making a real impact in the lives of families across Arizona.
