- Establish a defined territory management plan to identify and manage new opportunities.
- Create a strategic plan to manage and grow a database of prospects and activities.
- Design, implement, and execute effective sales processes with a multi-state, multi-vertical approach.
- Develop financial proformas, proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Travel as required.
- Effective collaboration with peers, various internal departments, and client partners.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience selling EVS (housekeeping, laundry, and facilities management) services in Senior Living.
- In-depth knowledge of current EVS and hospitality trends
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
- P&L management and financial analysis.
- Contract execution knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce technology.
- Self-driven, “hunter” mentality with strong prospecting skills.
- Task and detail-oriented to manage full cycle processing.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong People and Culture belief.
- Collaborative focus with multiple departments.
