- Compile, prepare, and review month-end accruals. Post JE in accordance with ASC606 guidelines. Complete monthly accrual reconciliation to ensure client financials tie to JLL E1 ledger.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate recognition of revenue in compliance with contract terms and internal corporate guidelines. Generate monthly fee invoices in PeopleSoft. Provide commentary on aging invoices. Research and take action on past due items.
- Ensure that balance sheet reconciliations are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Cross-collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure client and corporate business needs are met.
- Assist in maintaining an accurate pipeline (work in process) by obtaining transaction details and accurately updating or inputting specific information. Prepare and post reclass JE as needed.
- Support AP as needed to ensure timely payments and outstanding issues are resolved.
- Assist in year-end close activities to ensure compliance with contract deliverables and meet finance KPI.
- Oversee cash activity by montoring bank account deposits, issuing payments, maintaining funding log, and recording cash entries.
- Manage Pcard process, including reviewing and closing transactions, updating approval matrix, and facilitating new card setup.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience, some real estate experience preferred
- Advanced accounting and analytical skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet applications required; experience with real estate accounting software a plus (JDE, MRI, Skyline, and/or Timberline) JD Edwards E1 knowledge a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- This is a virtual position; however, the ideal candidate will be located within driving distance to our Westmont office and be willing to participate in occasional on-site team meetings, trainings, etc.
