We are seeking a skilled and motivated Restoration/Construction Estimator & Project Manager to join our growing team. This role requires expertise in both estimating project scopes and managing them from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. We are a growing company and value team members who are flexible and able to wear many hats.Key Responsibilities:Conduct site visits to assess damage and determine scope of workCreate accurate and timely Xactimate estimates for insurance restoration and construction projectsCoordinate with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycleDevelop and manage budgets, schedules, and project documentationOversee field crews, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality standardsOrder materials, manage change orders, and ensure job profitabilityProvide regular updates to clients and internal teamsClose out projects with final inspections, customer sign-off, and documentationQualifications:3+ years of experience in construction or restoration project management/estimatingProficiency in Xactimate and restoration estimating practicesStrong knowledge of residential and light commercial constructionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to read blueprints and construction drawingsStrong organizational and time management skillsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordIICRC certification and insurance claims experience is a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000 – $75,000 per yearBenefits:401(k) with matchDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance
