- Develop and execute creative internal communications content across multiple communication channels, including the internal communications mobile app, back-of-house digital signage and eblasts in a timely, impactful, effective manner to support Team Member culture and engagement.
- Work with key internal stakeholders to brainstorm content ideas in line with the company’s strategy and brand development.
- Adhere to the department style guide, ensure that we produce high-quality and error-free copy.
- Translate complex business concepts into clear, concise and appealing content.
- Evaluate results of communication campaigns with the team.
- Support the planning and execution of Team Member events and engagement activities, including resort knowledge campaigns, Team Member dining room activations, pop-up appreciations, new venue openings and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
- Collaborate with and assist other human resources departments in the execution of the overall human resources tasks as needed.
- Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
- Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Content writing experience for all media platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strategic and creative mindset.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Polished appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of social media and familiar with best practices.
- Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
- At least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of events or community engagement experience.
