What you’ll be doing * Prepare food to coordinate with meal hours
  • Memorize menu, kitchen abbreviations, plating and food portions
  • Follow standard recipes and special diet orders
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow sanitation and food production codes
  • Clean kitchen equipment, utensils and appliances
Skills you’ll bring along * Experience with kitchen equipment and cooking
  • Accurate
  • Able to learn and memorize
  • Work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Work as part of a team
Job Type * Part-time positions typically 25-30 hours/week
  • No Sunday hours
  • Work rotating schedules including some evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work any shift
  • On-the-job training provided
