
Sleep Program Manager

- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field required. Equivalent experience may be substituted year-for-year for the education requirement.
- Additional education may be necessary to obtain required licensure.
- Three years experience in the field of Sleep Disorders required; 4-6 years strongly preferred.
- One year experience as a specialist or lead in the field of Sleep Disorders required; 2-3 years preferred.
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with data collection, data entry, report generation and data analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency polysomnography acquisition software and sleep durable medical equipment (DME).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with professional speaking to external and internal audiences.
- Critical thinking and organizational skills, including ability to prioritize and delegate work appropriately.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of sleep care principles and practices.
- Intermediate knowledge of systems theory.
- Ability to provide clinical leadership and act as a change agent/role model.
- Registered Polysomnography Technologist (RPSGT) license required.
- Polysomnography Technologist state license required for Oregon work sites.
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
