You’ll leverage innovative technology and a continuous improvement mindset to help shape a high-performing, people-first environment.If you're a motivated leader looking to grow your career and make a meaningful impact, apply today and be part of our commitment to building a better supply chain.**Internal deadline to apply is 3:00pm EST on Friday, September 5th*Responsibilities:Promote and educate Distribution Center staff on the Distribution Center Model vision, guiding principles, and strategyDevelop and maintain expertise in fresh supply inventory, production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing productivityEstablish and maintain metrics for evaluating operational and economic performance in receiving, shipping, inventory, production, and service level offeringsEnsure timely product delivery in line with quality, condition, and food safety protocols while overseeing the procurement of essential supplies, packaging, and raw materialsOperate cost-consciously to achieve budget objectivesReview equipment preventative maintenance schedules and work ordersReinforce a culture of safety throughout the facility ensuring safety and sanitation schedules comply with HAACP, OSHA, and Primus Inspection StandardsWork with leadership to develop and execute standard operating procedures, conducting gap analysis as neededIdentify and address areas for improvement by making recommendations and implementing approved changes, utilizing root cause problem-solving techniques to drive process improvementFoster a positive and collaborative work environment while driving a culture of open communication and continuous improvementContribute to talent recruitment, selection, promotion, and development, supporting employees in achieving their career goals aligned with individual and organizational objectivesDefine and implement employee role accountabilities and expectations, manage performance, and provide coaching and mentoring to foster growth.Shift hours: 1st Shift Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 3:30 pm (Saturdays as-needed based on business needs)Required Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years oldMinimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, and/or manufacturing operations environmentApplicants in a warehouse role must complete a pre-employment drug screen as part of a conditional job offer.Preferred Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDPrevious supervisory experienceAbility to interact effectively with all levels of the organizationProven ability to effectively communicate information and/or instructionsKnowledge of efficient and safe warehousing practicesBasic computer skillsManual dexterity required for operating machineryAbility to occasionally lift up to 50lbsAbility to work in a warehouse with fluctuating temperaturesDelivers detail oriented, accurate and organized results under pressureDemonstrates the desire to operate in an entrepreneurial, multi-task environmentValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentWe will review applications for this role on an ongoing basis and encourage all interested candidates to apply at their earliest convenience.Compensation Range $51,700.00 - $80,700.00The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
