This role is ideal for a data-savvy professional experienced in analytics, financial systems, or trade management, who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.About the RoleYou'll play a key role in supporting our trade management systems and processes, partnering closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and IT. You will identify trends, generate reports, and deliver data-driven actionable insights and recommendations that drive change within our customer base to improve the accuracy of our reporting capabilities. You will support in leading cross-functional initiatives that support strategic decisions and drive operational alignment in a complex business environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data from SAP, Exceedra (TPM system), SQL, and other sources to identify trends and support business decisions.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand contract structures and ensure accurate financial execution.
  • Conduct variance analysis and monitor financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and help optimize the functionality of Exceedra.
  • Translate technical data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
  • Liaise between business systems and IT to align technology solutions with business needs.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
  • ~3 years of experience in data analysis, financial reporting, or trade analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and familiarity with SAP and Exceedra is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate complex, ambiguous environments.
