If you’re seeking a dynamic work environment where employees and culture are truly valued, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Available Shifts:Evening Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Every third Saturday required)Job Responsibilities:Accurately analyze and interpret test results, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standardsPrepare and maintain reagents, equipment, and instruments used in daily laboratory operationsDocument all testing processes and results in the laboratory information system (LIS)Participate in routine quality control, proficiency testing, and quality assurance proceduresAssist with validation of new instruments, methods, or test panels as neededFollow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCollaborate with supervisors, lab directors, and fellow technologists to ensure efficient workflowProvide support during inspections or audits from regulatory bodies such as CLIA, CAP, or COLAPreferred Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medical Technology, Molecular/Genetic Testing, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience performing high-complexity testing (preferred)ASCP or AMT certification preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a teamCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience)Comprehensive health benefits: Medical, Dental, and VisionPaid Time Off (PTO) and Sick LeaveAbout Us:At Lighthouse Lab Services, we offer solutions to help start, grow, and run clinical laboratories.
