You will be responsible for completing an assignment focused on process improvement initiatives and collaborating with the plant’s leadership team in one of our state of the art facilities. After a successful summer an Operations Intern will get hands-on experience in manufacturing. It should include the following:EducationPursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a focus on Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial.Preferred ExperiencePrevious internship/co-op experience or relevant work experienceExperience via student organizations, such as Engineers without Borders, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, American Society of Chemical Engineers, Society of Women Engineers, National Society of Black Engineers, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers etc.Volunteerism or similar activities*Must have reliable transportation to and from work*Sponsorship is not available now or in the futureTravelAbility to travel 10 - 20 percent of the timeAdditional InformationThe hourly salary for this position is $23.50 - $26.00/hour based off where you are at academically.
