ObjectiveCustomer service is not only the heart of our product, but also what distinguishes us from the competition. We pride ourselves on being responsive and creative. Therefore, CSR's must be friendly, diplomatic, and organized. They are expected to work with our clients, as well as other associates throughout our organization, to ensure that orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner. A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn about our equipment - including specifications, applications, and maintenance - is a must for all Customer Service Representatives.Essential CSR ResponsibilitiesDescription· Answer incoming calls and communicate with clients and associates regarding questions, orders and/or forwarding calls to the appropriate department.· Input and print new orders, make changes that may include cancelations, additions, subtractions, transfers and stop rentals.· Enter orders into our operating software - Alert IMS.· Communicate any essential or vital information to our technical, sales, purchasing and delivery/shipping teams via appropriate communication protocols, including face-to-face discussions, inter-office phone calls, email, or video conferencing.· Follow-up with clients to provide information or solicit needed documents, order confirmations, quotes, or other essential information.· Facilitate inter-office transfer of equipment.· Assist inventory and accounting associates in making sure inventory transactions are being recorded accurately.· Perform all reasonably assigned tasks.FrequencyDailyDailyDailyDailyDailyDailyWeekly / MonthlyWhen requestedEssential ISR ResponsibilitiesDescription· Answer client emails and/or phone calls on behalf of the IL Sales Rep.· Quote rental orders and sales products on behalf of the IL Sales Rep.· Place purchase orders for sold items.   • High school diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Essential Responsibilities Billing & Inventory RepresentativeDescription· Receive and check in all rental assets in a timely manner using our software operating system - Alert IMS.· Reconcile/receive transfers between locations· Reconcile fixed asset replacements on open rental contracts· Post, print, or email invoices for completed rental and sales transactions to clients.· Follow up and maintain communication with clients on all overdue invoices via phone and email.· Produce and send open AR statements.· Issue credits, and/or adjust pricing or terms to ensure accuracy.· Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.· Maintain accounts receivable documentation and customer files.· Investigate and resolve customer queries and disputes.· Perform all reasonably assigned tasks.FrequencyDailyDailyDailyDailyDailyDailyDailyDailyDailyDailyDailyQualifications & Requirements
