ResponsibilitiesReview all guaranteed arrivals and verify that all credit cards are valid by running numbers that are not already in houseExplain and provide any promotional items to each guest checking inResponds promptly to any guest inquiries or complaints and offer an alternate solution if guest demand cannot be metCover other areas of hotel as neededDocument any guest accidents by completing the accident report formComplete the maintenance log whenever a complaint is reportedMaintain all areas of the front deskTake the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm mannerOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School diploma/GED requiredPrevious experience in hospitality preferredCustomer service experience requiredExperience handling cash, credit card procedures, and use math conceptsAttention to detail and organizedAbout Us: At Regency Hotel Management, hospitality is who we are—and what we do best.
