- Proven success in commercial lending or business development, with a strong understanding of banking products and services.
- Established network in the Wausau area and a demonstrated ability to connect with local businesses.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive growth goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- The bank is willing to consider a strong sales professional with an established Wausau network if they can quickly develop the needed banking skills to enter this role.
