- Maintains Plant RSO and water operator certifications to allow plant to maintain regulatory requirements .
- Responsible for maintaining all SAP maintenance module development and KPI reporting requirements .
- Responsible to lead and manage the safe and cost effective execution of the plant annual maintenance shutdown including any and all planning needs.
- Works closely with MRP controller to ensure all maintenance and capital project contractors have all necessary safety and training documentation in place prior to coming on site .
- Manage all aspects of the plant security program including plant telephone system administration.
- Minimum 10 years manufacturing/plant experience
- B.S. in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Ability to lead others and foster development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organization and planning skills
- Self-motivated
