2nd Shift includes an 8% shift differentialAdecco is partnering with a well-established client in Everett, WA to hire Production Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity. Whether you're entry-level or have previous experience in machine operation, assembly, or warehouse environments, this position offers a dynamic role with room for growth. You'll play a critical part in assembling, inspecting, and packaging products using a range of tools and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machines and hand tools to perform basic to complex assembly tasks
- Inspect, clean, and occasionally disassemble returned parts
- Monitor product quality and report defects or questionable material to supervisors
- Move raw materials, parts, and finished goods throughout the facility
- Maintain clean and organized workstations; follow safety and quality protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to improve techniques and support production goals
- Perform other general production duties as assigned
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good hand/eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for up to 10 hours on concrete floors
- Experience using hand and power tools preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a loud production environment
- Must speak and read basic English to report issues and follow procedures
- Must successfully pass a client-specific background check and drug screening
