This position is 100% on-site at company headquarters in Dallas, TX. While core business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST, this role may require work outside of the normal business hours for maintenance of technology.Build your career at CMB! What can you expect as the Head of IT?
  • Strategic IT Leadership
  • Ability to develop and implement a long-term IT vision that aligns with business goals. This includes driving technology adoption across departments, optimizing IT processes, and managing relationships with internal and external IT vendors.
  • Project Management Expertise
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects on time and within budget. Experience in project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Change Management Acumen
  • Ability to effectively manage IT-related changes to minimize disruption and ensure user adoption. This includes communication planning, training, and user support.
To thrive in this position, qualified candidates meet the following requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT leadership or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field (preferred).
  • Proven experience developing and implementing IT strategy.
  • Certification in ITIL/ITSM frameworks (a plus).
  • Strong understanding of network, server, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience managing IT projects with a focus on budget and timelines.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
