- Collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, and specialists to deliver engineering projects.
- Utilize engineering and design software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS, to prepare engineering and design documents.
- Conduct on-site visits as necessary to assess project requirements.
- Engage in stormwater management, drainage, and grading tasks.
- Ensure compliance with erosion and sediment control standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, design, and stormwater management.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in municipal, state, and land development engineering.
- Active Engineer in Training (EIT) certification for the State of Virginia or ability to complete within 6 months of joining.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Erosion & Sediment Control Experience.
- Interest and ability to obtain a Professional Engineer (PE) license when eligible.
