- Lead project management activities including task identification, scheduling, financial tracking, and conflict resolution for projects up to $3M.
- Develop engineering designs and plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Coordinate project teams, assigning tasks to meet deadlines and profitability targets.
- Establish construction and procurement specifications as needed.
- Monitor project progress, evaluate changes, and manage engineering-related purchasing and subcontractor requirements.
- Interface with clients throughout project phases, ensuring compliance with regulations and codes.
- Conduct system studies such as Arc Flash and Short Circuit Studies for clients.
- Provide expertise in lighting design, medium and low voltage power systems design, and technical writing.
- Engage in sales and marketing activities, identifying opportunities and networking within targeted industries.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (BSEE degree preferred). Equivalent experience may be substituted.
- 10+ years of directly related experience in building systems electrical engineering. Strong leadership and client relation skills are required.
- Registered Professional Electrical Engineer - For the locale of general services provided, for example, California.
