- Ideally Mid-Career and Hungry who wants to Hunt New Accounts.
- High Energy- will to get into the Field, Open Doors and Close Deals. Being in the Field is Mandatory for the Role (Previous AE wasn't willing to do it).
- You Do Not Need to be a Subject Matter Expert (You will have "tons" of Technical Resources @ Your Disposal), but You will become a SME over time!
- You Can Build & Carry-On Meaningful Client Conversations that get You Known, Liked & Trusted. You're also Smart, Hungry, Personable & Don't Take Yourself Too Seriously! You'll have a Minimum of 20-30+ Major Accounts & Plenty of Technical Support
- All of Your Sales Team of (5) Financial Vertical Reps were over 100% of Quota Last Year.
- The Top AE in the Company was part of this Team and did a $1.4M on their W-2 Last Year!
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred or Extensive Experience (5-10 years+) Selling EDI Payment Solutions.
- Have a track record of Closing New Enterprise Accounts, growing Existing and Consistently Achieving a $MM Quota.
- Strong Understanding of EDI & Payments Technology Software & Services.
- Ability to Present and Communicate with all levels of the Customer: Technical, Financial & Executive.
- Comfortable using CRM and Strategic Selling Methodologies.
- Exceptional Interpersonal, Written and Presentation Skills.
- A Self-Starter who thrives in a Fast-Paced, High Growth, Rapidly Changing Environment.

- Must be able to "Hunt" in Green-Field Accounts and Manage a complex sales process.
