We are seeking a Senior HVAC Project Engineer to join our management team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing HVAC projects from conception through completion—building relationships with clients, leading project teams, and ensuring top-tier execution.Key Responsibilities
- Design and estimate HVAC design-build projects.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Oversee field personnel, material logistics, jobsite safety, and project scheduling.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professional communication.
- Track project costs using company accounting software.
- Conduct site visits for job progress updates and cost tracking.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and team development.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent field experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC Project Engineering including mechanical piping systems, and boiler design.
- Proven leadership ability to manage and motivate engineering teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn industry-specific software.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and solid math and reading skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic.
- Safety-oriented with a working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
