In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and/or leading the onboarding and installation of all the M&R system generated letters (SGLs) and Billing Invoices. The Business Process Analyst will support the letter template build, system configuration, document management and xml data test file creation around our claims related to member fulfillments, such as Confirm Enrollment, Application Denials, User Disenrollment and Billing Invoice Letters.Our team manages and improves processes along the way, serving as liaison to various business partners across the organization, as well as both upstream data/claims applications and downstream print.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Implement key projects throughout print and fulfillment by identifying CMS guidelines and the system requirements for the member fulfillment material
  • Update member correspondences by creating dynamic versions from letter templates
  • Create correspondence component codes
  • Create Kit Matrix for the print vendor and for system configurations in FHUB/GPS
  • Create manual test xmls data files for UAT
  • Manage the letter UAT and PAT proofing review from the print vendor and obtain all required approved
  • Perform fulfillment component configurations in FHUB/GPS Stage and FHUB/GPS Production environments
  • Monitor and resolve the fulfillment exception WQ for member correspondence material
  • Partner with key business stakeholders throughout the implementation process to develop and execute strategic plans that address business needs (current and emerging)
  • Effectively communicate implementation updates to key partners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support
  • Works with a sense of urgency and provides quick response times

  • 2+ years of experience with business analysis and process improvement
  • 1+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts
  • 1+ years of experience with MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving production issues
  • Knowledge of software development management, such as Agile methodologies and end-to-end testing
  • Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven good communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Business Analyst facilitating and documenting requirements (such as process flows; use cases; and / or business requirements documents) gathered from both business and IT counterparts
  • Experience as a Systems Analyst and/or Data Analyst
  • Experience with requirement Writing tools (Agile, Raven, ReqPro)
  • Thorough understanding of healthcare systems (authorizations, claims, referrals, eligibility, provider, etc.) and PBM; medical terminology; and PPO / managed care concepts
