If someone received both sign-on & relocation assistance, total commitment would be for 2 yrs.HOURS: 12-hour shifts: either 7am - 7pm or 7pm to 7amSHIFT DIFFERENTIALS (Paid based on majority of hours worked)Evening Shift (3pm - 11:30pm) = 8%Night Shift (11:00pm - 7:30am) = 11%No Weekend DifferentialQUALIFICATIONS
- Possess or eligible to obtain licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Idaho
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- National Institutes of Health (NIH)
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
- Active unencumbered Idaho RN state license
- Graduate from a fully accredited RN program
- One year of work experience as a RN Med/Surg experience
- One year of Epic experience
- Board Certified
- Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
- Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
- Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
- Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
- A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
