Duration: Ongoing contractDuties:Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs and projects.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.Oversee project scope, timeline, and resources, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project goals, and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.Provide regular project updates, documentation, and status reports to leadership and stakeholders.Initiate and manage new projects, ensuring efficient time and resource allocation from initiation to completion.Skills:Strong Tech Program Manager background with proven success leading high-performing teams.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong time management with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Ability to lead new project initiatives with minimal oversight.Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager, preferably in a technical environment.Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, demanding setting.Demonstrated success delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Must have previous Amex experience.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field required.PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services for this role.To Apply:
