At PSM, we pride ourselves in being a family-style environment built on trust, respect, and genuine caring for one another.POSITION SUMMARYWe are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our Long Run team on 3rd shiftThe ideal candidate will:
  • Have a minimum of 1-2 years of CNC operator experience.
  • Be comfortable managing one or more CNC Machines to cut and machine metal work pieces to specification.
  • Pride themselves on exceeding customers' expectations in quality, efficiency, and delivery.
You'll support PSM's success through:
  • Operating CNC machines: loading with raw stock, monitoring tool life, changing tooling, making offsets, and packaging products.
  • Ensuring quality standards with regular quality checks.
  • Meeting or exceeding efficiency and production rate requirements.
  • Maintaining the mechanical integrity of the machine through maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
  • Collecting and documenting data.
