The Reproductive Rights Special Assistant/Coordinator will work with the Senior Advisor for Reproductive Rights to drive our campaign-wide strategy on reproductive freedom, including by providing administrative support, monitoring news and policy developments, project-managing workstreams, drafting materials, and supporting engagements.Key Responsibilities
  • Providing general administrative support to the Senior Advisor for Reproductive Rights.
  • Monitoring key news and policy developments on a daily basis for rapid response and tracking.
  • Project-managing reproductive rights workstreams across teams.
  • Working with the Senior Advisor to draft reproductive rights event proposals and related materials.
  • Supporting the execution of engagements, including virtual briefings and events.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and writing skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter who can generate ideas to support our strategic vision.
  • Strong work ethic with prior political and/or campaign experience preferred.
  • Prior experience working on reproductive rights or gender equity issues preferred.
