  • Experience in providing technical support and managing escalations
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with global IT systems and support structures
  • Familiarity with KPI maintenance and performance metrics
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a global organization
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Provide second-line support to end users across various global locations
  • Act as an escalation point for unresolved technical issues before transferring tickets to other resolver groups
  • Maintain current KPIs that align with the L2 support team
