The ideal candidate will have Opera PMS experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest service while overseeing daily front desk operations.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests upon arrival and provide professional, friendly serviceSupervise and support front desk staff in daily operationsAdminister check-ins and check-outs accuratelyAssign rooms, issue keys, and manage reservationsProcess guest payments, billing, and maintain accurate recordsDeliver mail, messages, and coordinate with porters, concierge, housekeeping, and kitchen staffAct as a central source of information for guests throughout their stayHandle food & beverage requests and coordinate with third-party services (taxis, airport transfers, tours, rental cars, etc.)Resolve guest issues professionally, including handling conflicts or complaintsEnsure smooth communication between departments to maintain high service standardsSkills & QualificationsOpera PMS experience (1 year minimum required)Front desk/hotel experience: 1 year (required)Strong leadership and team coordination skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesAbility to manage conflict resolution and problem-solving effectivelyProficiency in payment processing and guest billingStrong organizational and time management skillsDependable and flexible with scheduling (shifts, weekends, holidays)Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not requiredExperience RequiredHotel experience: 1 yearFront desk: 1 yearOpera & PMS systems: 1 year📍 Locations Available:Summerville, SCCharleston, SC
