Additional homework assignments will be assigned as part of paid training.Post-Training Schedule: Work at facilities Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (varies based on location and facility needs). Hours include time at facilities, paid breaks every 4 hours, and a 30-minute paid lunch for team check-ins and planning. You will also be reimbursed for mileage and drive time. On some days, the total hours worked may exceed 8 hours, when combining drive time and time worked at the facility. Number of days scheduled per week may vary.Travel: Up to 75 miles one-way daily, with potential for longer distances if needed.ResponsibilitiesConduct structured interviews with facility residents using a tablet.Be punctual, travel to assigned facilities, and work independently while maintaining a professional, neutral approach.Keep organized records of completed interviews and resident participation (e.g., completed interviews, refusals, etc.).Demonstrate interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate skillfully, frequently, and in a timely manner via email, phone, and in-person.Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.Participate in regular quality assurance observations and pass observation interviews, as evaluated by Quality Assurance Mentors.RequirementsComfortable interacting with older adults and individuals with disabilities.Demonstrate concern and sensitivity to issues of disability, illness, and communicationchallenges.Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and follow structured interview protocols.Strong data entry skills, with the ability to maintain attention to detail and minimize data errors.Tech-savvy – comfortable with email, file uploads, and using a tablet.A private desktop or laptop computer, and printer to be able to print from home.Reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and insurance.Adhere to a business casual dress code.Preferred QualificationsExperience in research, interviewing, or fieldwork is a plus.Familiarity with older adults, nursing homes, assisted living, or adult care settings is preferred.Perks & CompensationHourly Pay: $23.50 per hour for work time (e.g., conducting interviews, etc.)Mileage Reimbursement: $0.45 per mileDrive Time Pay: $15.97 per hourPrint Stipend: $3 per weekOther reimbursements may applyWork Environment & Physical DemandsThis role is primarily on-site at nursing home facilities.Requires routine usage of standard office equipment such as a computer, tablet, phone, andhome printer.May involve standing, sitting, walking, and carrying materials for extended periods.Use repetitive hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms for up to eight hours each day.This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 10 pounds.
