As the Marketing Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping, launching, and optimizing marketing campaigns across key business initiatives, including member engagement, partner marketing, association relationships, and the integration of Service Nation into the EverPro portfolio.You won’t just build plans; you’ll bring them to life. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on owning the middle ground between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You’ll work closely with our Director of Marketing to translate vision into results and serve as a campaign quarterback across email, web, social, events, and content.What You’ll DoCampaign Planning & Execution:· Own the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business goals· Translate objectives into timelines, messaging, content plans, and channel mix· Coordinate across functions (email, content, creative, events, web) to ensure cohesive delivery· Build and manage campaign briefs, calendars, and performance dashboardsPartner & Association Marketing:· Launch and manage marketing efforts for new and existing paid partners (e.g., Home Depot, Lennox)· Promote member-facing benefits that drive rebate usage and revenue impact· Create scalable campaign templates for onboarding new partners· Support limited engagement strategies for 5,000+ association-based members and eventsAudience Insights & Optimization:· Leverage ICPs and behavioral data to improve targeting and segmentation· Analyze campaign results and member engagement to refine messaging and priorities· Contribute to quarterly reviews and leadership reports with actionable insightsCollaboration & Leadership· Serve as the right hand to the Director of Marketing in campaign planning and execution oversight· Collaborate with 3 additional team members without direct people management responsibilities· Lead brainstorming and kickoff sessions with cross-functional contributors (content, social, email, creative, web)Qualifications:· 5–8 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or demand generation· Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign strategy and audience segmentation· Proven track record of translating strategy into executable plans and measurable results· Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills· Comfortable working in a lean environment with evolving tools and systems· Experience in home services, B2B membership, franchising, or partner marketing is a plus· Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or WordPress preferredWhere:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.
