Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-impact initiative focused on improving authentication and identity proofing processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, excels in cross-functional coordination, and brings a strong background in both process mapping and project delivery. This is a fast-paced role where you'll step into an active project and immediately contribute by organizing, aligning, and delivering results. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables using JWM and Excel
  • Create and maintain detailed process maps to support authentication workflows
  • Track risks, issues, and tasks while driving accountability across the team
  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks impacting efficiency and user experience
  • 5+ years of Process Analysis & Mapping experience
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with Agile/Waterfall
  • 3+ years of Stakeholder Communication experience
  • Experience in information security or identity & access management (a plus)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
